I’m relatively new to Houston and I was hoping to attend the pride parade at the end of June, but I looked on the website (prideparadehouston.org) and saw that the registration deadline has long since passed. Basically what I’m asking is, is there a way that I can still go without having to register or is that a requirement? I’m fine with either but this would be my first pride parade and it’d be really great to go! Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

I haven’t made the move yet, but apparently, that’s the plan sometime this week. I’m from a very small, (mostly conservative) town in Texas and I don’t have any experience with living in a big city. I’m pretty damn nervous about the move so I would very much appreciate some tips and advice.
