Earlier this year, I started my weight loss/health journey. I've been basically doing CICO with cardio 3-4 days a week. My knees aren't great so I've been doing stationary bike workouts for now.

I want to start strength training but I feel like the more research I do, the more overwhelmed I feel. So I was wondering if anyone knows of a decently affordable place where I can get a personal trainer to at least get me started with a somewhat personalized plan and long-term goal for strength training.

I'm on the northeast side but I'm willing to drive a decent amount for the right fit.
