I’m looking to build a steam room for my house and would be really interested in getting some quotes to get an idea on the cost. It’s probably not extremely common in Houston, but I’m sure there are some folk out there with experience or recommendations.

If you know of a place where I could get a trellis comparable to the one in the pics, please let me know. I have tried the home improvement stores, but they are very limited. The plant nurseries around me haven’t been able to point me in the right direction either. I really only need them probably have the size as the ones in the pictures. I’m hoping someone here with commercial construction or landscaping might know a source. Thanks in advance.

I’d say I have a decent base of home amateur cooking competency, but would like to up my game several levels. I think it is important to clarify I’m not wanting to pursue a professional culinary career, but not opposed to traditional programs if there is something that would be beneficial.

I’m open to styles, but since it is not something I would do professional it would prefer something that is not going to spend much time on service, management, etc.

I know how to use Google and search for schools… but would really like to hear from people in the Reddit community who have gone through these programs / classes and what your thought are in regards to value, quality, timing, etc.

I’m looking for recommendations on custom built furniture in and around Houston. The designs I’m mainly pulled towards are the industrial looks, but incorporating traditional styles would be cool to.

I could go to Restoration Hardware, West Elm, High Fashion, etc but would prefer to support a local craftsman if possible.

For the silly commenter on here: I have access to Google and know how to search for “Custom Furniture in Houston”, I’m looking for recommendations from redditors that have worked with these shops or individuals personally.
