I have been thinking about it every day, rehearsing in my head multiple times again and again trying to put in humble way to not hurt my 65 year old father in law but I had to do it, I said do you have couple of minutes for a short conversation and was absolutely not able to find words.
I said I have tried my best to adjust to live with you and my mother in law but I’m not able to do it and I do not want to live with you guys anymore, he asked if I wanted them to move out, I said yes and I said it has been impacting our marriage and it was hard to make this decision and I hope you understand…
All he said was he understands and will move out.
Just briefly about my in laws they both are 65 years, they have no savings, they get paid social security, live with me and my wife, all they do watch TV all day and everyday, they start playing in the morning 10 am and runs till 10pm in the evening. They do not contribute anything to bills or anything. I felt bad that I was kicking them out but at the same time I was trying to protect myself from falling into the trap of becoming their caretaker when they’re 75 years.
NOW I’M FEELING GUILTY FOR IT!
HOW DO YOU GUYS THINK THIS WILL IMPACT REST OF MY LIFE?

Hi all,
My wife is 1 month pregnant but how can I help her with below two situations?
She wants her parents who are living with us right now to move out, they are 65 and do not have any source of income except social security benefits, I can’t afford to pay for their apartment bills or want them near by us.
How do I plan financially from here on till Delivery of the new one?

My brother in law hit my sister when she wanted to live separately from her in laws, right now she has two kids and share the roof with father-in-law, mother-in-law, and brother-in-law with two kids of her own. She wanted to provide separate rooms for two girls who are 5 and 3 and my brother in law doesn’t want to love serfdom his parents

We are getting an electric bill of $150 a month and got an estimate from Tesla for solar panel and they’re saying it would be $149/month and offset is 80%. Is it worth paying $149 towards tesla and on top of it paying the entergy $50 every month??
