Two dogs kept in a cage with a tarp thrown over it. I can't tell if they have access to food or water from my window but they bark so much sometimes they wake me up in the middle of the night and early morning. They posted on NextDoor about how dare someone report them because the dogs are apparently well taken care of.

Is it worth making another report?

I already asked them about their dogs and mentioned how they were in a cage, but they pretty much told me to go kick rocks. 🤷‍♀️ I just feel for those poor pups being out in this heat.
