hey all, i have a friend looking to rent a house in houston but they're on a bit of a budget. i was wondering if you guys could point me in a direction for an area that has a good cost-safety ratio for a family? i have searched a little into it, especially in this subreddit, everything just feels overwhelming(i haven't lived here for long so i'm not sure where to send them) & i'm just hoping for some advice. preferably, i think somewhere near spring or the woodlands(i know woodlands is probably too expensive) but they're open to any suggestions.
