Good evening everyone. I live more closer to Woodlands and I have an easier time finding places for friends/couples. However, this Saturday we are going out to a piano bar downtown and want to find a place closer down there for dinner.

Quick google searching brings up a ton of expensive type of restaurants... I am more looking for a place that isn't a price fixed and has a good amount of selections, maybe mostly American fare. Our favorite restaurant in Woodlands is "Jaspers", if you can use that as an idea.

Our budget is around 25-35 per person for entrée, and we could always get appetizers to share.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Is this a normal bill for Aqua Water Company? https://houstonnewmedia.org/is-this-a-normal-bill-for-aqua-water-company/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=is-this-a-normal-bill-for-aqua-water-company Wed, 24 Mar 2021 20:22:30 +0000 http://houstonnewmedia.org/?guid=3301997ccfa106d83bff5b5748419bd6

I have gone through 4 billing cycles now for Aqua and each month it keeps increasing in price based on "water usage". I live alone and yet I am paying 110m 114, 128, and now 134 for this upcoming bill. It says I used 8500 gallons of water? Also each bill has $63 sewer fee. That is insane!

Is this normal? I called Aqua and they're sending a tech out to check my water meter, but I think it is working properly if I am honest...

I moved from Los Angeles and I never paid more than $50 a month for water.
