Hi. So as the title says, I put in an address change for my DL back in September through the dps website. I've used the site before to renew and do a change of address, and there was no issue. Card was always mailed 3ish weeks after submitting. But its been almost two months now, I just want my card.

When I check the "tracking" page it just throws up an error. So I'm thinking of reaching out to get this solved. Aside from just walking into a dps, I see that there's also the option to call or send an email. What's the best way to get a hold of somone who can see where my card is and get it sent out. I know no matter which way I try, it will involve a lot of waiting. I just don't want to waste time with a method if it's not going to help.

Thanks!
