Has anyone been experiencing issues with this motorcycle dealer (British Gulf Coast BW Motorcycle)? Located in South Houston- I bought my motorcycle now almost 5 months ago and they have failed to return calls or show any progress on the title. I also ran out of temporary tag permits and they keep running me around in circles. I am currently in talks with a lawyer and submitted a complaint to the department of motor vehicles and they are investigating.

I’ve stopped by but when I do, the owner is never around and apparently only one person there can submit title registration (who is also not there). I am extremely frustrated that I purchased a motorcycle here.

Is there anything that a can be done as far as obtaining a title or is the surety bond the only way to go if the motorcycle dealer keeps acting sketchy and not sending it in? From what I’ve read there are people with the same issue.
