I posted up a while back about wanting to move from Pearland to the Heights, and there are quite a few townhomes in my price range out there with build years ranging from this year all the way back to 2005.

One thing that I'm worried about is the overall build quality of the townhomes because over the years, I've seen them popping up left and right seemingly overnight. I already know to stay FAR away from anything built by Urban Living, but are there any townhome builders that actually have a good reputation? When looking at townhomes, is there anything in particular I need to look for to judge it's overall quality?

My girlfriend has her resume out on a few job websites. She's looking for a career in the Geographic Information Systems field. So far, the only response she got from a recruiter is for a "management group" in Houston. Looking at their website, it really feels like a typical MLM/pyramid scheme.
