Emergency Plumbing
Anyone know any good plumbers that will work on rented apartments? My sink was filled with water, it overflowed into the dishwasher which then leaked into the unit below. Tenant below me is very upset (understandably) and the landlord told me to call emergency plumbing. Village Air and Plumbing cancelled and then sent me to Best Plumbing, which cancelled on me due to commercial calls. ARS requires a phone call with the landlord to approve the service, but my landlord already approved it and it’s also 12:30am so… He’s likely asleep.
I already have a plumber coming today at noon to fix my leaking/broken garbage disposal, should I just ask him to fix whatever issue caused the overflow?
