I am currently homeless near a bridge area in the Cypress area. Yesterday a kind person helped and I would genuinely appreciate help again. Truthfully now I am hungry, but I am also not within walking distance of any homeless shelters or don't really know any. I really don't know what to do anymore and slowly losing hope.

Hello thank you for reading this. I live in Houston Texas, in the Cypress area and I do not know what to do. I had to leave a bad home situation with my mothers boyfriend raping me and when I tried to tell my mom she would not believe me and kicked me out. I am 21, but I have a job. I want to some places but haven't found luck with housing. I do not know what to do and am scared and worried on how to balance homelessness with a job.
