Folks, hope all is well. I'm staying at Portico Kirby which is an apartment complex. I booked a completely furnished apartment from Airbnb. I think I will book for 3 months and I can pay in advance for full term. Doesn't have to be monthly payment.

I am visiting for some treatment which is a very high risk surgery and I was wondering if there is a way I could book directly from an apartment complex. I would ideally like to live in an apartment where patients haven't lived in the apartment before. Should I find something which is away from Texas Medical Center because I think most patients live near this area.

Do most apartment complexes in Houston have furnished apartments or will I have to furnish them myself? When I say furnish I mean everything, I will be only bringing my clothes to live.
