It was a food truck that mainly sold hot dogs. The hot dogs were more like giant kolaches, in which the wiener was inside a bread roll, had the top exposed, and was filled with fixings. I think the name had kahuna in it or maybe it was what I ordered. I also remember that they sold Hawaiian shave ice. I haven't found anything close when looking online.
