Hi Houston, I'm a former Houstonian currently living in Austin, TX. I haven't lived in houston since 2012 and am considering moving back since home prices seem much more reasonable. Do you guys like Houston more or less now than you did years ago? Flooding, traffic, and unchecked construction are some things that concern me about the city. If Houston was a stock would you buy it? Thanks for any and all opinions.
