AT&T internet out Klein/Spring/Tomball area?
Anyone have any details or information on the ATT outage in the Klein/Spring/Tomball area? My house is RIGHT ON THE EDGE of where the outage is indicated on the map. When I called ATT they said I wasn’t in the area of the outage, so they made me make a tech appointment instead of discussing when they were going to reconnect this apparently massive area that has been without ATT internet going on 2 days now. Personally I find it very doubtful that my outage is not related to the huge area of people without internet directly next to me. Any information anyone has on what went wrong and if ATT has said anything about plans to fix I’d be very appreciative.
