I’m in the process of applying for Tomball PD, one of the qualifications states that I must have a valid TCOLE cert prior to a conditional offer. Does this mean that I have to put myself through the academy, or that upon graduating their academy I’ll get the offer.

I’m slightly confused because the only Academys I can find are HPD and “citizens academy”.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
