Hey, I'm looking at two apartment complexes: Calais and Camden City Centre. I searched past threads and found info about Camden and that area of midtown on this sub but hardly anything about Calais. Any experiences?

From what I gathered from other posts here the north east part of midtown seems to be where all of the nightlife rowdiness is. Calais is next to the whole foods and I'm guessing a better part of midtown. I'm already past the party stage but looking at the midtown area so I can be as least car centric as possible for Houston.
