I’ve seen fans — as well as Deshaun Watson himself — say the Texans have allowed so many sacks + QB hits because Watson needs to get rid of the ball quicker, so I looked this up.

Since 2013, among the 57 WR’s with at least 400 targets, Kenny Stills ranks 4th (9.38) in yards per target, trailing only Desean Jackson, Tyreek Hill, and Julio Jones. Brandin Cooks is 5th (9.27).
