To preface this: I live in the Cleveland/Humble area. I work on my own car and, for the most part, care about the environment. I'm not dumping oil and coolant into a ditch.

I know autoparts stores take old fluids (I used to work at autozone), but they don't take all fluids. At the very least, they don't take used coolant. I've been wracking my brain trying to get rid of this stuff but no shop I've called is willing to take it, even if I pay a fee.

I've tried googling places to dump it, landfills, but nobody I called will take it. Any advice? Anybody know a place?
