Hello, I’ve been unemployed since August and applied for benefits. They still haven’t gotten back to me and I am struggling to eat and I’m trying not to cry. I am so frustrated I don’t understand why its taken 2 MONTHS to get anything to eat I am unemployed and cannot get in contact with anyone on the phone.

I went into the office directly and all they did was told me to call. I stood in line for 4 hours and they just told me to call. There has been NO movement NO updates on my case. Who do I reach out to for help?

Hello everyone, I won my battle with unemployment (was unjustly fired). I’m not looking to be on this system for more than 2 months due to the holidays and have already started looking for a new job.

While I am on unemployment, what other things do I qualify for? I have just enough to pay most of my bills. Is there any other assistance out there?

My new supervisor doesn’t agree with me politically outside of work. I cannot prove this, but we saw each other at a park and I was wearing a mask but she was not. It was cordial but after that work got worse.

I had an outstanding performance for 5 consecutive years with documentation. I met over 100% of the quality metrics consistently and received two raises.

She became my supervisor two weeks ago. Last week, she wrote me up for attendance that happened before she was my supervisor. There are 10 total late attendances spread out over the year, the most recent being in July. When I was with my previous supervisor, we discussed each one and none of them were penalized or documented. (Computer performing an update, power outage, things outside my control).

They switched to a new system. In the new system, everything is disorganized and does not work properly. The broken system has been acknowledged by the department manager, IT on multiple occasions, and four supervisors. It affects several employees. Because of the broken system, I am not able to meet the 100% metric daily and my total overall performance has dropped an average of 6%. It is a terrible number but I am trying my absolute best.

Both write ups happened on the same day. She is giving me another write up today for an unknown reason.

Also: I recorded one of our meetings where she sabotaged my work. (For anonymity I will change minor details). I do not have the details of the assignment or locations, she was providing everything new to me in the Zoom meeting. She told me I needed to complete files and assign them to Florida. So she and I both waited in the meeting while I worked on the task with our mics and screens on. I completed the files and assigned them to Florida, then she started saying they were done incorrectly because I did not assign them to specific codes in Florida. She mentioned my performance but I corrected her saying she watched while I was doing the assignment and didn’t say anything. I did not know about codes because I was never told. I asked for the codes to each file and redid them.

Please help. Do I have a case or am I out of luck?

So far I have reached out to 4 dentists open on Sunday that I found on google, but most say “Hours not listed” or something similar. They haven’t replied yet

Top golf was great, but then he got rowdy and snatched the food out of my mouth while I was eating as “joke”. It ripped off my front retainer and the wire is bent. Its stabbing my tongue and I can feel it pushing my teeth to the side.

I think it just needs to be glued down. I can travel up to 60 miles if necessary I really need help.

He’s taking but he said we’ll split it 50/50. I don’t know how much it costs and I’m a little nervous. Each location is different apparently.

What should I do with my hands? What should I look out for? How much does it cost?

My current position is having a job fair at the Workforce and I was wondering if anyone else’s was too? I work for Conduent, the pay is about $10-12 per hour, they’re hiring for 30 positions! I’m just spreading the word because its hard out here.

I don’t know how to explain it but the financial aid department is really disorganized and its stressful. When I ask my family who lives out of state and they attend different colleges, they haven’t been through this many headaches. I’ve been trying to work with them since March and there hasn’t been any progress.

I’m so frustrated. They use the super old version of Blackboard too which is weird because most universities have the updated 2021 Blackboard.
