Bruised From Sitting In Crawford Boxes

I don’t know what to do or how to feel. I spent good money and took 2 of my kids to the Astros game Sunday and set in the Crawford boxes, section 101 row 2 seats 11-13. When We first arrived I went to sit in the middle seat and could not fit. I know I am an overweight tall man, but this was beyond absurd. We measured the 3 seats we had and the largest seat was still too narrow. To top it off, when sitting in the painful seat my knees went about 2 full inches past the seats in front of me. I spoke with the usher for our section to see if there was anything I could do and he said I could stand at the top, while my 9 and 11 year old kids set along in a crowded section alone. I did this for an inning or so but didn’t feel right as we drove 2 hours to see the game together, yet I got to stand and watch from 30′ behind them. Both of my hips have welts, and my knees are tender and bruised. It was the worst experience I have ever had at minute maid. I don’t know that I ever want to go back. I mean it ruined what was supposed to be a special game with my kids. I was not the only one like this. The lady 2 rows behind me had the same issue with the width of the seat, but she was short enough to rotate her legs and set the entire game.

What should I do if anything.

Thanks
