I’m looking at possibly moving back to the Houston area after a few year hiatus in Boston. I’ve always lived in the suburbs but my new job will have me working in downtown. Upon looking at a few apartments in the downtown area, I keep noticing a reoccurring theme of car thefts inside of secured parking garages that are for the apartments only. Now these apartments are really nice and also pretty pricey. Is this something to actually be worried of?
