I live in a small city with a high A team. The pitch clock is located in 2 places. One in center field for the batter and one a little offset behind home plate for the pitcher. The batter actually has to be in the batter's box by 8 seconds left on the clock. And it really does speed up the game. I don't know what Jose Altuve is going to do, since he likes to stroll around and go through a ritual for each pitch.
