Just had a scary experience - was woken up by absolute pounding on my apt. door at 2:30 a.m.. It stopped and then it started again so I threw on a sweater over my pajamas, but by the time I looked out through my peephole and saw nobody. Texted neighbor but no response. Has anyone else had a similar experience as of late?

I'm also quite nervous because I'm Jewish and have a mezzuzah on my door, but I can't check that until daylight hours.

I did call the police and they said they'd send someone to check the apt. complex but lowkey don't expect them to come because HPD.

I've been applying to jobs and heard back from them today for a phone screening. I haven't seen anything that's red flags, but wanted to check with reddit because a lot of marketing and writing jobs have sketchy elements. Has anyone had experience with them, and if so, what are pros and cons?
