It’s been circling above the Heights area for about a half hour now. Woke me up and every few minutes it passes over again.

Seriously, I had to talk to my neighbor about their dog barking several months ago. They were good and kept him inside at night for a few months but now he’s back out at night barking from about 10PM to 3AM. Been going on for about 2 weeks now.

I’m going to speak with them again tomorrow. I’m worried I’ll have to escalate this to a city. The complaint process says I need to get another neighbor involved. I’m beginning to document everything. There’s one other neighbor I think might join me but failing that what’s my next recourse? Do I have to sue?

There’s a large lot behind my house that’s been empty since I purchased my house last year. The for sale sign is gone and I see surveyors there. They couldn’t tell me what, if anything, is being planned.

Is there any department I can contact to see what is planned? I’m hoping it will just be homes but I’m worried it will be large warehouse space (which is what used to be there before I purchased). Before Covid I heard it was going to be a Public Storage but I think that deal fell through.

Sign says they’re closed. Did they have a Covid outbreak?

I was talking with my friend about it yesterday. I’ve driven by it before but want to look it up on street view.
