House is new so the lawn is new (built/closed in August). I have Bermuda grass which is different from my last home that at St. Augstine grass.

My last home, I didn't have to do much of anything but water it. I've never seen grass turn this brown before, and since it is new, I worry it might be more than dormant.

Any tips from the green thumbs here?
