Skilled optician for high prescription lenses?
Anybody know a good optician that is good at minimizing thickness appearance on a high prescription (-9ish on both eyes) without doing the roll/polish method? Already getting 1.74 high index on a black plastic frames that have thick walls, still I know my prescription will stick out on the outer walls, just seeing if there is an optician out there that is good at minimizing this without doing the roll/polish (very ugly when seeing lenses from the front).
Area of town not a big deal as long as it’s not Beaumont or Victoria.
