I have been touring houses inside the loop and I toured one that I really liked. Based on seller's disclosure, I found out that the house had mold remediation done 3.5 yrs ago (house is only 5-6 yrs old). Post-remediation mold inspection report was provided by a certified company, and the builder updated hvac -- it's all clear and no issues since then. Per seller, reason for the mold wasn't known. Am I taking additional risk by buying a property that had unexplained mold issues in the past?

Appreciate any informed insight or advice. Thanks.
