Mayor Turner just had a press conference to say the HPD will now begin handing out tickets for NOT wearing a mask when in public spaces. Call this what you want, I want to call it a "A Stupid Person Tax". If you don't wear the mask you get the stupid ticket. Simple. Thank you Mayor Turner for taking a stand FOR Houston.
