I know street parking downtown is free on Sunday but is it free at Eleanor Tinsley? I usually park downtown and ride my bike to the park but I'm planning on taking my daughter tomorrow and want to park closer. I tend to see people at pay stations parking but idk if that's just because they think they have to pay. Does anyone know for sure? I looked at the website and couldn't find an answer to my question.
