Wth happened to Houston home prices…

$450,000 for 20+ year old house that looks like it was never updated.

$2000 – $3000 to rent houses that were underwater during Hurricane Harvey. The interiors looked nice probably because everything was remodeled after Harvey’s damage.

And here is what really bugs me: spray painted grass to make it look uniformly green. When you look at the Google Street View it is all brown and dead.

Houston housing prices are incredible.
