Read MoreI grew up north of Houston in Huntsville and Conroe. We didn’t visit Houston a lot but have been there plenty of times to see a lot of the obvious sights. We have not been in town for about 15 years and I am looking for some interesting things to do over a long weekend in Houston with my wife. We are thinking of staying in a downtown hotel and maybe a baseball game since the Astro’s are still my team. What else is interesting in mid July but maybe not as well known?
