Long story short, had a baby in October that drained most of my savings. Our pediatrician detected a heart murmur and told us to go to a cardiologist. Was expecting as $400-$600 bill based on estimators on United Healthcare's site and ended up getting one for $3300ish for doctors fees echo and ECG. I called them up and they offered 20% off or a payment plan. I was hoping to use up whatever I had left in my savings account ~1200ish to settle but am not getting any traction. Anyone have any tips how to approach this?
