Did anyone see a notice that the city was going to close San Felipe going east at the railroad tracks in River Oaks this morning? (right by the Liberty Kitchen and St. Regis.) I'm sick of all these road closures and disruptive construction without notice/warning. I couldn't even tell what they were doing over there! I've already been battling all the crazy Shepherd construction (headed north just before I-10). Does anyone know of a traffic resource that will let me know when non-freeway roads will be inaccessible?
