Caserio has a ton of management experience and has driven and been part of a 'winning' culture for a very long time, which is the number one most important thing to 4. This is also an incredibly dead time for teams who are not in the playoffs, so the lack of news with the Texans just lets 'sources' go crazy with speculation right now.

Watson will be heavily involved in the final HC selection and eventually Easterby will either fade away or be let go.

Once Caserio has time to become the face of management for the Texans, Cal will move back out of the picture. I could be completely wrong with this, but this is my personal take and hope folks can chill the f**k out for the time being.

McNairs are not going to sell the Texans so just save yourself the grief around rage typing that. They are going nowhere.

Not sure if there is a better way to look at this, but I was curious at what WRs across the league were making and was not surprised when I noticed Hopkins is making the 14th most... only 2m more than Fuller. Completely understand why he wants a raise closer to 18m-20m.

Chiefs have 34m going to 2 receivers, Hill and Watkins

Keenan Allen 12.6m

Diggs at 11.5m (seems like a cheaper contract, does that give any reason to why the Vikings got so much for him?)

As I am trying to better understand the WR landscape from a potential pay/trade value perspective, this definitely helped me out a bit. I'm still on the fence about this trade but need to wait until the end of the season at the earliest.
