Read MoreCaserio has a ton of management experience and has driven and been part of a ‘winning’ culture for a very long time, which is the number one most important thing to 4. This is also an incredibly dead time for teams who are not in the playoffs, so the lack of news with the Texans just lets ‘sources’ go crazy with speculation right now.
Watson will be heavily involved in the final HC selection and eventually Easterby will either fade away or be let go.
Once Caserio has time to become the face of management for the Texans, Cal will move back out of the picture. I could be completely wrong with this, but this is my personal take and hope folks can chill the f**k out for the time being.
McNairs are not going to sell the Texans so just save yourself the grief around rage typing that. They are going nowhere.
