Before everyone freaks out about the Caserio hire, let's remember that he played a crucial role in building three Super Bowl-winning teams with the Pats as Director of Player Personnel. He helped the Patriots draft Gronk, Jerod Mayo, Devin McCourty, Chandler Jones, Dont'a Hightower, Jamie Collins, and plenty of other studs for Super Bowl-caliber teams. He also helped to sign Darelle Revis, Stephon Gillmore, and other FA's that were crucial to New England's success. I understand that most of us are tired of NE guys after BOB and RAC, but if Caserio can hire a solid head coach like EB or Saleh, and build a solid squad around Deshaun Watson, then we will be destined for greatness.
