Hi, which roads and intersection inside the 610 loop have the worst traffic?

I’m moving to Houston next year. I have never been there before, so I have a few questions about traffic. My goal during the weekdays is to avoid as much traffic as possible. I’m going to try to accomplish this by living and working inside the loop. And also by only driving on the roads, and not driving on the highways.

• Which neighborhoods inside the loop have the worst traffic during the weekdays?
• Which roads and intersections inside the loop have the worst traffic during the weekdays?
• If I live and work inside the 610 loop will I be able to avoid most traffic by only driving on the roads, and not driving on the highways?
