I have someone that has suicidal ideation for awhile and they told me they are open to inpatient I think it’s like a psych ward? They are quite unstable and I help them the best I can however yeah it’s clear they are needing and wanting help.

However I looked up reviews of Ben Taub Psychatric Center and it’s full of horror stories and the rating is low on it. What’s a safe place to take them in Houston? Also should we look into payed inpatient do those exists? I think I saw something like that on Dr Phil a few times. Thanks!
