One of my favorite pastimes was riding bikes with kids. No electronics, no distractions, just ride and chill. Now with spinal stenosis, one leg don't work aka can't ride bike.

Medicaid is giving giving hard time for disabled scooter. Electric sit down bikes are expensive as are disabled scooters.

Can anyone sell me one cheap? Can easily prove disability. Cash is tight. Any help would be appreciated.

Not too long ago, my wife put 20K worth of furniture on hold and laid down $1K as a deposit. The paper clearly states that there will be a 20% charge for any refunds of cancellations of order.

Pandemic hits, s**t hits fan, we don't have 20K to get our new furniture. I just want a refund and do not have any issues with 20% being taken out, $800 goes a long way and will help me big time. The owner refuses, and tries to take the receipt out of my hands and even tries to attack me with a weapon.

I know I can go to court, pay $25 and file him in small claims, but to be honest, I am disabled, so is my wife and I don't have the time or knowledge on how to go about it or what to say. I know we can get more than a G out of him because of numerous refusals (phone recordings of no, impossible, racial slurs, go away, etc.).

So? Who wants to go 50/50 on this matter? You do the leg work, file the papers needed and whatever we get, we'll go half.

I tried going to other lawyers, but they want $500 up front and promise I'll get it back in "court costs and legal fees, etc." but I ain't got $500 to chase a grand. So if you're willing to take this on, we'll split it 50/50.

I'm 50, slightly disabled, smart ass, genius (worked for NASA/JPL) Now self employed as a machineshop. All my friends are in other states and you just want to chill out with a J, cigar or a beer and shoot the s**t.

Not a big drinker, 2 or 3 max, not a drug addict but ill hit a J twice, video games are a passion because of grandkids, I wreck them in COD.

Originally from NYC, so I got a mouth and we used to s**t on each other constantly, no bad intentions, just for fun.

How do you make friends or find a "pack" when you're old?
