Hi, I'm in an ABSN program right now. I graduate this year in December. I'm going to apply to the residency nurse programs at the hospitals around the city, and hopefully, get into SICU. I'm just wondering how much does a new grad nurse with a BSN make in Houston? and post it with the unit please.

It's becoming a daily issue of people getting surprise automotive surgery theft of their catalytic converters and to help avoid that fate I did some research and a security fix would be to get a steel cage welded around the converter. Most cat thieves are bringing battery powered saw-alls with blades meant for cutting aluminum so coming up against steel would either f**k their blade up or create such a racket that I would be woken up and bear mace them while they are under my car.

I don't know where to find such a shop in the Houston area that can perform such a job because they would likely need to weld steel to an aluminum frame which isn't an easy (or maybe even possible) job. I have a Toyota Prius c. Do you know any shops that could do this job?
