Hey all,

Figured I’d ask here. Are there any charities helping out with trash and debris removal? Most stuff is bagged like carpet, padding, drywall, and so on. Also got pieces of vinyl and crushed drywall in the recycle bin.

Homeowners: what was your experience with the HCAD formal hearing process? I just declined the iSettle offer. Didn’t agree with their valuation.

Would like to know any success stories or tips. TIA!

This is for my friend’s Schnauzer who has cancer. We are planning ahead. Any recommendations for in-home euthanasia? And cremation services? Open to any recommendations and tips, goal is palliative care with pain meds, if possible. He doesn’t have alot of money so the palliative care he will be managing.

Preferably contingency* and if you had prior experience with them.

I did a search but couldn’t find anything on reddit, so I figured I’d post this to help myself and the next person!

Neighbors have debris in black bags. Lots of carpet and sheetrock lying around in a pile in the backyard. I’m usually resourceful but idk any programs out there other than Crisis Cleanup (they recently closed the program for TX Winter Freeze).

Best Trash doesn’t pick up debris.

Dog is a yorkshire-schnauzer. He has grade 3 patellar subluxation. Can’t really afford much but would like to figure the costs out.
