The townhome complex I live at is currently trying to find a good association management company since homeowners are fed up with our current one and their lack of action on many issues. Our community is falling apart and they are not doing their job!

With the heavy rains recently I've realized that water is entering through our front door somehow. I can't tell where it's coming from but I'm assuming we have some kind of weather seal problem.

Can someone recommend a place I can call who can fix this for me? I'm currently physically unable to do this myself. Thanks!
