Title. I don't want to dine indoors but I also want dim sum (specifically pork buns and dumplings and taro cake), so I'm looking for suggestions for any good (or at least decent) take-out dim sum that you've had in the past few months. Before the pandemic, we would go to Fung's and Golden Dim Sum most frequently, and we have also had Kim Son and Ocean Palace. Thanks!

Looking at buying a house in the second ward (specifically north of Harrisburg between Milby and Lockwood). Have lived in a few different spots in the inner 610 loop (Washington, Montrose, Midtown, Museum District, Upper Kirby) and am familiar with East Downtown (just not as far east as the area we're looking at). Haven't seen any recent posts about living in that part of town -- could anyone give us a perspective about how they've liked living there? Specifically just perceived safety of walking around/ walkability to things (i.e. coffee shops, restaurants). Google Maps has only been helpful to an extent. Thanks!
