Yes. 86 degrees in a 800 sqft apartment. This is at a 55+ community and the manager I talked to is aware of the situation and hasn't done anything. My Dad and Mom said it's been like this for weeks now. The manager said that she will try to get a contractor to fix it because their only maintenance worker quit two weeks ago. Then she said she doesn't have to talk to me because I'm not on the lease.

I called 311 and she said nothing will be done because the manager is trying to do something about it. What can I do?
