Just like title. I was driving home one night. Officer got me going 95 on a 65. She said she would let me go with a verbal warning. I didn't get any type of ticket or citation. Come today, I get a mail saying I need to go to court in Hempstead. I was never given a citation or ticket and I never signed anything

Can I fight this ticket? I'm calling the court first thing tomorrow
