Hello all. My dad is now prostate cancer free, and it made me realize I'd like to spend more time with him. I'd like to grab him a nice/premium seat at a Texans game to celebrate/for his birthday and I'm thinking resale suite seats or maybe even just club level. He's getting a little older so looking for something a little more comfortable and accessible. Is there a resale market you guys would recommend that isn't like 20Gs for a single game suite rental? There's a few options for 300 level on the normal resale sites but nothing for any all inclusive options.

My grandfather just passed, and was thinking of doing something extra special for my dad on father's day since he doesn't get out much. Thinking about snagging some Insperity Club tickets (hard to find on StubHub or third party) and wondering if anyone has a line on some. Willing to pay up, not looking for a handout unless they're just weighing down your pockets. Just want to avoid dropping crazy money on StubHub if possible. If not, any tips on where best to look?
