Hey r/houston! My grandmother is reaching that age where she is wanting to be around other like minded people in a community that supports one another. She’s about 3 hours from family so I want to help her find a good spot. I’m looking for a nice facility with a reasonable price tag. I’m NOT looking for assisted living – she’s great for her own independent care. However, a retirement community with the option to switch to assisted living would be great, when it gets to that place.

I’m looking for a decent Independent Living Community / Retirement Community in the Spring / North West area of Houston, preferably.
