I (20M) recently got a traffic violation (that caused an accident) and I read about two programs that can dismiss your ticket. I was just wondering if they’re the same thing, and if not, then what is the difference, and what should I choose?

Read MoreI feel like it’s pretty biased when they decide to involve a third party witness, since even though it could look like a legitimate source of evidence, the third party witness could also be biased, and racist in this case to be completely honest, but nevertheless, how do I go about it?
The officer also told me, since the witness claimed he saw me make an illegal left turn, he decided to give me ticket for it, on top of the car accident report?
